Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will be subject to paying a restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your payment information.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Please see below for more information on warranty and exchanges.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
You must contact us first at 1-888-370-1818 for a return authorization before sending any item back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please include your contact information in your box and an explanation of why you are returning the product for our receiving team to pass it on to back office.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You may also request store credit.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Typically 2-10 business days.

If the customer received free shipping on their order we deduct the amount we paid in shipping from the refund. Free shipping only applies if the customer keeps the product.
The customer is also responsible for paying return shipping and must contact us first at 1-888-370-1818 for a return authorization before sending any item back to us. Whether or not the customer received free shipping, they are still responsible for return shipping.**

Exchanges & Warranty
We only replace items under warranty if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-888-370-1818 to arrange a replacement. We understand you may want to change your bungee strength or make adjustments to your bellicon, in this case please contact us to discuss the best option to suit your needs.
Frame Warranty = Lifetime
Mat Warranty = 5 Years
Bungee Warranty = 1 Year
